Bluesky lets you use a domain name as your handle instead of the default @username.bsky.social format. With YourSitee, you can use one of the domains connected to your Sitee, such as yourname.yrs.bio, and display it as your Bluesky handle.

Before you start

Make sure you have:
  • An active, public Sitee
  • Access to your Bluesky account
  • The same YourSitee username you want to use in your handle

Set up your Bluesky handle

1

Open your Bluesky account settings

In Bluesky, open Settings, select Account, then choose Handle.
2

Choose the domain option

Select I have my own domain, then choose No DNS Panel.
3

Enter your YourSitee domain

Enter one of the available domains using your YourSitee username:
  • yourname.ysit.ee
  • yourname.yrs.bio
  • yourname.yrs.lol
  • yourname.yrs.wtf
4

Copy your DID

On Bluesky’s Change Handle page, copy the value beginning with did:.
5

Connect it through YourSitee

Return to the YourSitee walkthrough and paste the copied DID into the requested field.
6

Finish verification

Complete the walkthrough in YourSitee, then return to Bluesky and select Verify or Finish.
Verification may take a few minutes. If Bluesky cannot verify the handle immediately, wait a few minutes and try again.
Changing your YourSitee username also changes your available YourSitee domains. If you change it later, you may need to set up your Bluesky handle again.

Revert your handle

You can switch back to a standard Bluesky handle or another verified domain at any time from the Handle section of your Bluesky account settings.
