Content Labels help visitors understand what they can expect before opening a link. YourSitee currently supports two labels for Link Widgets:
  • NSFW Content for sensitive or adult material
  • Sponsored Content for commercial, affiliate, or compensated links
A Content Label does not make prohibited content allowed. Every link and its destination must still comply with the Community Standards, Terms of Service, and applicable law.

NSFW Content

Use the NSFW Content label when a link leads to material that may not be appropriate for a general audience. This may include:
  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Graphic or disturbing material
  • Mature artwork, writing, or communities
  • Other content that requires a sensitive-content warning
When a visitor opens a Link Widget marked as NSFW, YourSitee displays a warning before continuing to the destination. The visitor can choose whether to proceed or remain on your Sitee.
Sensitive content must still follow the NSFW Policies. Some content, including prohibited or illegal material, is never allowed even when labeled.
Learn more in NSFW Policies. Available on Pro plan Use the Sponsored Content label when a link is connected to a commercial relationship or when you may receive something of value from the visitor’s action. Examples include:
  • Affiliate links that may earn you a commission
  • Paid brand partnerships
  • Sponsored placements
  • Products or services provided in exchange for promotion
  • Promotional links connected to another commercial arrangement
The label appears directly on the Link Widget. It informs visitors about the commercial relationship without displaying an additional warning screen.
Advertising and disclosure requirements vary by location. The Sponsored Content label is a transparency tool, but you remain responsible for following any laws, platform rules, and contractual disclosure requirements that apply to you.

Using both labels

Pro users can enable NSFW Content and Sponsored Content on the same Link Widget. For example, both labels may be appropriate when a sponsored link leads to mature or adult content.
