ANNOUNCEMENT DISCORD Our Discord server is changing alongside YourSitee. We have updated how support, bug reports, product suggestions, Premium access, and Bug XP work. We have also refreshed the onboarding experience and made several changes to Bubble, our Discord bot. Here is everything you need to know.

Congratulations to our new Senior Moderators

We are happy to announce that Robbie and Unyx have been promoted to Senior Moderator. Both have contributed a great deal to the server and helped keep the community welcoming, organized, and safe. Congratulations, and thank you for everything you do!

A new Getting Started experience

The #getting-started channel has been updated with clearer and more current information about:
  • The YourSitee community
  • Server rules and expectations
New members should review this channel before participating in the server.

Discord tickets are being retired

The Discord ticket system is no longer available. From now on, the only official way to receive private support from the YourSitee team is by email:

Contact YourSitee Support

Send account, billing, privacy, or product questions to support@yoursitee.com.
The #support channel will remain available for community assistance.
The #support channel is not an official support channel. Answers are provided by community members and may not always be complete or fully accurate. Do not share private account details, personal data, payment information, or security credentials there.
For issues involving your account, subscription, personal information, or another private matter, always contact support@yoursitee.com.

Bug reports are moving entirely to GitHub

We no longer accept bug reports through Discord. All regular bugs must now be submitted through the official YourSitee Bug Tracker on GitHub.

Open the YourSitee Bug Tracker

Submit reproducible product bugs using the official GitHub issue template.
Moving reports to GitHub gives every issue a clear status, keeps technical information together, reduces duplicate reports, and makes it easier for our team to investigate and follow up. Critical or sensitive security vulnerabilities must not be submitted publicly. Report them privately to security@yoursitee.com. Thanks! Learn more in Report Bugs.

Goodbye #feedback, hello #suggestions

The #feedback forum is being retired and replaced by the new #suggestions forum. The new forum is the official place for:
  • New feature ideas
  • Improvements to existing features
  • Product and interface suggestions
  • New widget concepts & socials
  • Ideas that could make YourSitee easier or better to use
Before creating a new post, review existing suggestions. If someone has already shared a similar idea, vote and add your own thoughts instead of creating a duplicate.

Open the suggestions forum

Vote on existing ideas, join discussions, or submit a new product suggestion.
Our team regularly reads the forum, joins discussions, asks questions, and shares personal or company perspectives on selected proposals. Learn more in Feature Requests.

A new Premium role and channel

Users with an active Pro subscription can now receive the dedicated Premium Discord role. The role provides access to a private Premium channel where subscribers can:
  • Chat directly with members of the YourSitee team
  • Discuss Premium features
  • Share feedback and ideas
  • Connect with other subscribers
  • Receive selected updates and information
The Premium role is currently assigned manually. If you have an active Pro subscription but do not have the role yet, just contact us on Discord.
The Discord role does not replace email support for private account, billing, or personal data matters.

Bubble has been rebuilt

Bubble, our Discord bot, has been completely rewritten. This gives us a cleaner foundation for future commands, integrations, community tools, and program features. As part of the update, some commands have changed.

Bug XP is now connected to YourSitee accounts

Previously, Bug XP was connected directly to Discord profiles. From now on, Bug XP is connected to your YourSitee username instead. This change also makes it easier for us to connect future recognition, badges, and bug reporting activity to the correct YourSitee profile.

What stays on Discord?

Discord remains the best place to:
  • Meet other Siteers
  • Get informal help from the community
  • Share your Sitee
  • Discuss product ideas
  • Vote on suggestions
  • Join community programs
  • Follow announcements and smaller updates
  • Chat with the YourSitee team
However, official processes now have clearer dedicated channels: These changes help us keep requests organized, respond through the right channels, and provide a better experience for both users and our team.
