Unlike many other platforms, YourSitee does not distribute Verified badges widely. We keep verification highly selective so the badge remains meaningful and helps visitors identify accounts where authenticity and impersonation are genuine concerns.

Who is usually eligible?

Verification is generally reserved for:
  • Celebrities, public figures, creators, journalists, and other notable individuals
  • People with a significant public audience, typically 50,000 or more followers
  • Individuals who are already verified on another established platform
  • Accounts with a meaningful risk of impersonation
  • Established companies, brands, and organizations
  • Current public officials, political organizations, and government institutions
  • Official YourSitee accounts, partners, and ambassadors
Follower count is only one factor. Reaching 50,000 followers does not automatically guarantee verification, while an account below that number may still qualify in exceptional circumstances.

What we consider

Our team may consider:
  • Whether the identity can be independently confirmed
  • The account’s public relevance and activity
  • Audience size and presence on other platforms
  • Independent press coverage or professional recognition
  • Whether impersonation could cause meaningful confusion or harm
  • Whether the profile complies with our Community Standards
Verification is reviewed individually and remains at YourSitee’s discretion.
A Premium subscription does not include a Verified badge. Paying for YourSitee does not improve an account’s eligibility or chance of approval either.

Can I purchase a Verified badge?

No. A Verified badge cannot be purchased. Where an administrative processing fee applies to certain organizational reviews, it covers verification work only and does not purchase or guarantee approval.

Should I apply?

You are welcome to apply when you believe your account clearly meets the criteria. However, repeatedly submitting the same application without a meaningful change in your public presence, authenticity evidence, or risk of impersonation is unlikely to result in a different decision.
