This glossary explains the most common terms you may see while using YourSitee or reading the Help Center.

A–D

Account Settings

The area where you can manage your email address, password, username, preferences, security, and account data.

AI Editor

An optional tool that helps create or update your Sitee using information from links you provide, such as a social profile or Linktree page. AI-generated results may be incomplete or incorrect, so you should always review them before publishing.

Alpha and Beta

Pre-release versions of YourSitee released to a limited group of users before the full public launch.

Analytics

The section where you can review how your Sitee is performing, including views, clicks, visitor countries, and your top-performing connections or Custom Buttons.

Badge

A small visual marker connected to a YourSitee profile. Badges may recognize a user’s status, role, contribution, subscription, or participation in a YourSitee program.

Bio

A short description that introduces you, your work, your business, or your community.

Click

An interaction recorded when a visitor selects a tracked link, social connection, or Custom Button on your Sitee.

Custom Button

A button inside your Profile Widget with your own label and content. Custom Buttons can open a URL or copy a value to the visitor’s clipboard

Customization

The settings used to change the appearance of your Sitee, including its theme, colors, fonts, banner, layout, alignment, and corner styles.

Dashboard

The private area where you manage your YourSitee account and access the Editor for your Sitee.

Editor

The interface used to update your Sitee, add widgets, manage your Profile Widget, customize its appearance, preview changes, and open Analytics.

Free plan

The default YourSitee plan, which includes the core features needed to create and share a Sitee. Some additional features may require a paid plan.

Integration

A connection between YourSitee and another platform or service that enables additional functionality. Examples may include music, social media, developer, and activity integrations.

Layout

The way content and widgets are arranged on your Sitee. YourSitee currently provides Standardized and Classic column layouts, along with alignment controls. A clickable URL that takes visitors to another page, profile, file, or website. A single public link placed in a social media bio that opens a page containing multiple links, profiles, and pieces of content. A widget used to add an external URL to your Sitee. It can display a title, visual preview, icon, image, or button-style appearance.

P–S

Premium

The umbrella term for YourSitee’s paid features and subscription plans. A feature described as Premium is not necessarily included in every paid plan.

Pro

The name of a specific YourSitee Premium plan. Features described as available on the Pro plan are included with that plan.

Profile Widget

The main, non-removable widget on your Sitee. It can display your profile picture, display name, username, bio, location, social connections, Custom Buttons, and other profile information.

Sitee

Your public page on YourSitee. It is the page visitors see when they open your YourSitee link. The public URL used to open your Sitee, usually based on your username. For example: https://yoursit.ee/username

Siteers

A community-invented term sometimes used to describe people who use YourSitee.

Social connection

A link to your account or profile on a supported platform. Social connections appear inside your Profile Widget and use recognizable platform icons.

Subscription

A paid plan that renews automatically until it is canceled. Your subscription controls which Premium features are available to your account.

U–W

User Agreement

The legal agreement that explains the rules and conditions for using YourSitee. You can read the current User Agreement in the Help Center.

View

A recorded visit to your Sitee during the selected Analytics period.

Widget

A visual or interactive content block added to your Sitee. Widgets can display external links, text, images, videos, music, posts, events, countdowns, and other supported content.
