Additional policies

Other policies may apply depending on how you use YourSitee. Users who purchase a paid subscription are also subject to applicable subscription conditions, promotional terms, and the Refund Policy.

Volunteers and community programs

Volunteers or participants in certain YourSitee programs may be required to accept additional rules or agreements. These documents may be provided directly to participants and may not be publicly available. Some documents explain how YourSitee handles particular legal or operational matters: These documents may provide information or procedures without necessarily creating additional obligations for every user.

Updates to the User Agreement

YourSitee may update its legal documents when the Service, applicable laws, or operational practices change. The effective or last-modified date shown on each document indicates when its current version took effect. When a material update affects users’ rights or obligations, YourSitee may provide notice through the Service, by email, or through another appropriate method. Continued use of YourSitee after an updated document takes effect may constitute acceptance of the changes where stated in the applicable document.

Following the User Agreement

You are responsible for following the documents and policies that apply to your account and activity. Depending on the nature, severity, and context of a violation, YourSitee may:
  • Remove or restrict content
  • Limit access to certain features
  • Temporarily suspend an account
  • Permanently ban an account
  • Take other action described in the applicable policies
A serious violation may result in permanent enforcement without requiring previous violations.
