## Average monthly active recipients in the European Union

Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, known as the **Digital Services Act** (“**DSA**”), entered into force in November 2022 and has generally applied since February 17, 2024.

Certain elements of the YourSitee Service may fall within the DSA’s definition of an online platform.

For transparency, YourSitee has estimated the average number of monthly active recipients of the Service in the European Union during the six-month period ending June 1, 2026.

The estimated average number of monthly active recipients was **well below 45 million**.

The threshold of 45 million average monthly active recipients is relevant when determining whether an online platform may qualify for designation as a **Very Large Online Platform** under the DSA.

YourSitee intends to review and update this information at least once every six months.
