# Canceling account deletion

Changed your mind after scheduling your account for deletion? Contact us within the **30-day deletion period**, and we may be able to restore access to your account.

Email [support@yoursitee.com](mailto:support@yoursitee.com) from the address currently connected to your YourSitee account.

Include:

* Your YourSitee username
* A clear request to cancel the account deletion

  **You must contact us from the email address associated with the account.** We may request additional information to confirm that the account belongs to you.
</Info>

<Warning>
  **Account deletion becomes permanent after 30 days.** Once the deletion has been completed, your account cannot be restored.
</Warning>

Contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know when the deletion has been canceled and you can sign in again.
