# Looking Back: The YourSitee Beta Survey

YourSitee is officially leaving Beta. [Introducing YourSitee](https://blog.yoursit.ee/introducing-yoursitee).
Before we fully close this chapter and focus on what comes next, there is one important thing left to do: **look back and understand what the Beta experience was really like for the people who used it.**
During the Beta, you saw YourSitee change in real time. Features were introduced, redesigned, rebuilt, and sometimes removed. You experienced the unfinished versions, the technical problems, the improvements, and the decisions that shaped the platform we are launching today.
The **YourSitee Beta Satisfaction Survey** gives you the opportunity to tell us what worked, what did not, and what we should learn from the past.
## What the survey covers
The survey includes a combination of multiple-choice and written questions about:
* Your overall Beta experience
* The features you used
* What you found useful or frustrating
* How YourSitee changed over time
* What we should improve next
* What you want the platform to become
No individual question is mandatory. You can skip anything you do not want to answer.
However, responses must answer at least **51% of the survey questions** to qualify for the giveaway.
**We want honest feedback, not only positive feedback.** Critical, negative, and mixed responses are just as valuable as positive ones and will not reduce your chance of winning.
## Anonymous or named responses
You can complete the survey anonymously or provide your name.
### Anonymous responses
Anonymous responses are welcome and will be reviewed in the same way as named responses.
Because we cannot identify or contact an anonymous participant, anonymous responses are not included in the giveaway.
### Named responses
If you provide your name, your response will automatically be entered into the giveaway.
There is no separate giveaway checkbox or additional registration step.
Your identity will not be used when evaluating the content of your feedback. The opinions expressed in your response will have no effect on the random selection of winners.
## Complete the survey
The survey opens on **August 1, 2026** and closes on **Aug 14, 2026**.
Share your experience anonymously or provide your name to automatically enter the giveaway.

## GIVEAWAY TERMS — READ CAREFULLY!
### 1. Eligibility and entry
The giveaway is open to participants who:
* Are at least **16 years old**
* Used YourSitee during the Alpha or Beta period
* Submit the survey between **August 1, 2026** and **August 14, 2026.**
* Provide their name
* Answer at least **51% of the survey questions**
* Are legally permitted to participate in their country of residence
No purchase is necessary.
Only one eligible entry is permitted per person.
### 2. Valid responses
Questions may be multiple-choice or require a written response, and no specific question is mandatory.
However, empty, spam, automated, duplicate, intentionally unserious, or bad-faith submissions may be disqualified.
Responses that answer fewer than **51%** of the survey questions will not qualify for the giveaway.
Your answers do not need to be positive. The substance, tone, or sentiment of your feedback will not affect your eligibility or chance of winning.
### 3. Prizes and winner selection
Three participants will each receive:
**Three months of YourSitee Pro**
The three winners will be selected randomly from all eligible named responses after the survey closes.
If a winner already has an active subscription, **three free months will be added to their existing subscription**.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another person or account.
### 4. Contacting the winners
Winners will be contacted privately using the details associated with their named survey response.
Accepting the prize is optional. If a selected winner declines the prize, does not respond within the stated deadline, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, another winner will be selected randomly.
Winners will not be publicly identified without their permission.
### 5. Privacy and general conditions
The survey and giveaway are operated by the operator of YourSitee, whose information is available in the [YourSitee Impressum](https://yoursit.ee/impressum).
Responses and identifying information will be processed in accordance with the [Privacy Policy](https://yoursit.ee/privacy), [Terms of Service](https://yoursit.ee/terms), and applicable law.
Named responses may be used to:
* Administer the giveaway
* Verify eligibility
* Contact selected winners
* Analyze the Beta experience and improve YourSitee
Your identity will not be used to favor or penalize any opinion expressed in the survey.
YourSitee may exclude fraudulent or abusive entries and may reasonably modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if required because of technical issues, misuse, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our control.
The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
## Why this matters
Officially launching YourSitee means looking forward, but it also means taking responsibility for everything we learned during the Beta.
Your responses will help us understand:
* Which decisions worked
* Which problems we still need to solve
* What should remain unchanged
* What should be reconsidered
* Where we should focus after launch
The Beta was shaped by the people who used it.
Before we close that chapter, we want to make sure your experience becomes part of what we learn from it.
